Danygraig residents might not be aware that the current bus service into Porthcawl town centre is to cease operating at the end of August. In a bid to save money, Bridgend County Borough Council voted to cut all subsidies for bus services, resulting in the Bus companies deciding to no longer operate certain routes in Bridgend. The Dan-y-Graig estate may have had creative input from one of the UK’s most well known architects, Sir Bertram Clough Williams-Ellis.
